2.1 Description

ICrewO is a cloud-based field service management (FSM) platform that enables contractors and field service businesses to manage customer leads, appointments, estimates, job scheduling, crew assignment, invoicing, and business analytics. The Service includes a web application, mobile application for field staff, and optional AI-powered features and integrations.

2.2 Free Trial

ICrewO offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. No payment information is required to start the free trial. At the end of the 14-day trial period:

• If you select and pay for a plan, your paid subscription commences immediately
• If you do not select a plan, your account will be locked (read-only access)
• If no plan is selected within 16 days after the trial ends (Day 31 from registration), your account data may be permanently deleted
• You will receive email and in-app notifications at Day 12, Day 15, and daily from Days 21–31

2.3 Availability

ICrewO targets 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use ICrewO, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and business type. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying ICrewO immediately at support@iCrewO.com of any unauthorized account access
• Ensuring all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date
• Compliance with these Terms by all Users added to your account

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to register for ICrewO. Accounts may only be registered for legitimate business purposes.

All subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize ICrewO to charge your PayPal account for the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each Subscription Period. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, where applicable, are added to subscription fees.

4.4 Price Changes

ICrewO reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Account Suspension and Termination by ICrewO

ICrewO may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if:

• You fail to pay subscription fees when due (subject to a 7-day grace period with email notification)
• You breach any material provision of these Terms of Service
• You use the Service in a manner that is fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to others
• You upload content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Your account is involved in abusive or malicious activity
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority

Where suspension or termination is due to non-payment, your account may be reactivated within 30 days by settling any outstanding balance. Reactivation after 30 days is subject to data availability.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ICrewO only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to process transactions for illegal activities or prohibited industries
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Service or any portion thereof without authorization
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Impersonate ICrewO, its employees, or other users
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform's infrastructure
• Collect or harvest data from the Service beyond what is necessary for your own business operations
• Share your login credentials with individuals outside your authorized team

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 ICrewO's IP

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of ICrewO Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your legitimate business purposes during your active subscription.

8.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all Content you upload or create within ICrewO. By uploading Content, you grant ICrewO a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. ICrewO will not use your business data for purposes other than operating and improving the Service.

9. Third-Party Integrations

ICrewO integrates with third-party services including PayPal, OpenAI, Twilio, ReSend, GCP. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. ICrewO is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ICREWO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ICREWO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ICREWO'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ICREWO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ICrewO Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Law except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

14. Changes to These Terms

ICrewO may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
